Waited an additional hour to check into room. Did not receive text, when I went to the counter I waited in line which was not a concern, however, a very rude man stepped in front of me and I stated that I was next. He wanted to argue the point and the clerk whispered to me I saw that you were next. I felt he should have kindly spoken up and I turned the bet rude gentlemen to please wait his turn. Otherwise love this hotel. Would come back.

We felt completely ripped off at the end of our stay. Paid 75$ per day valet parking and then 10$ per day tax on the parking fee was added. Almost $100 added for amenities. When I asked what the amenities were, it was described as access to parking, and the $15 per day discount off restaurant. This is neither logical nor was any of the additional charge described up front. Absolute joke.
