Rooms were clean and I love that it’s nestled right near the wharf. The front desk gentlemen were very accommodating. The valet drivers were quick about getting our car in and out. Love that it’s convenient to order food delivery here as there is a table just for that. Would come back here again.

It was pretty average. Definitely not worth the price. Only 2 outlets worked in the entire room. Lamp lights were blown out. Room was very dusty. They have lots of hidden fees. $118 to be accurate. Don’t expect your deposit back. They will have all these random taxes, surcharges and resort fees and they’re far from a resort. There’s a market on the lobby floor. $7 for a bottle of water. And views of homeless people everywhere. I’ll never stay there again.

The Hyatt Centric has no care for the hospitality of their patrons. Adeel, a manager at this location, has no business being in the hospitality industry as he has no interest in taking care of the clients of the hotel or addressing issues they have

Small tv’s and shower heads

Hotel was nice. Parking at hotel was pricey but a $30 less a day option available a few blocks away. The shower only had a tiny rain head shower from the ceiling, very disappointed. A small like 42 inch tv and its placement was across the room and not in front of the bed.
