Pulling up for valet was difficult as there was nobody there and no clear signs. Vehicles were blocking the entrance to the hotel. Hotel was great. Room was smaller than your typical hotel, but we did not spend much time in it. Shower was odd to turn on, but they sent someone up right away. Great overall property

Staff were great, helped us with a room change mid-reservation. Only problem we had was that the laundry machine didn’t completely dry out clothes and needed a second run, which we didn’t have quarters for and the hotel ran out of quarters as well. Had to air dry everything.

Visited for a family vacation and had a great stay. Everything was within walking distance or easily accessible by public transportation, which I really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and informative, and the room was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was not as helpful as other hotels I’ve stayed at have been, for example I asked for an earlier check in and they just said no instead of trying to accommodate. I did not feel welcomed, they did not even greet us, it was straight off the bat you can’t check in. CHECK IN WAS AT 4 pm, that’s insane. We were jet lagged and no kindness was shown.

Exceptional Service Will Bring Us Back!

I would return to this property for the exceptional service alone! I really felt recognized and respected. The room was clean and well appointed. A good sized room, particularly for San Francisco. One of the two mattresses was in need of replacement, trough on one side. The restaurant was good! This property is in a great location. Hotels onsite valet parking is $75. I parked in a garage one block away for $37.

This property is in the perfect spot if you are on vacation plus its very safe but do not be fooled by the website pictures because this property is a bit dated and could use some TLC.

This property was close to Fisherman’s Wharf and this allowed us to enjoy this area. We also enjoyed walking to Ghirardelli Square. We were very pleased with our stay.
