Overall, we had a great stay and felt the property was a good value for the price. The place is small and cozy, but very comfortable and well-equipped. It had all the amenities we needed—dishes, soap, towels, and everything for a convenient stay.One of the highlights was the setting. There are beautiful mountain views and even a partial ocean view, which made the location feel really special. We also loved how close it was to hiking trails, which my husband and our dog really enjoyed, and it’s not far from the beach either. There were also several great places to eat nearby, which made exploring the area easy and fun.The main downside was that the fire pit in the yard was broken. It would have been amazing to sit outside in the morning with coffee or enjoy hot cocoa by the fire at night. Some lighting in the yard would also make the outdoor space much more enjoyable after dark. Another small disappointment was that not all of the windows could be opened—we would have loved to let in the ocean air and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.That said, the place itself was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked. It’s ideal for two people, though a third could probably use the sofa bed if needed. Overall, it was a cozy, pleasant place to stay and we really enjoyed our time there.Already talking about booking out next staycation getaway here.
