Very uncomfortable experience while we were in the hot tub. Two white trucks pulled up in the parking lot on other side of fence. They got out, looked around, other activity we tried not to make a big deal over, bit it felt very uncomfortable and made us very nervous.

Here’s the deal. I I called them and I asked them if the Jacuzzi was working specifically they told me yes the Jacuzzi is working. It is fine reluctantly they told me so I rented the room then I got here and the Jacuzzi is working. It’s just not hot. It’s barely lukewarm. I feel like I was lied to. I am very unhappy. I specifically asked and they specifically lied to me. I asked them when I was checking in again and they lied to me again then I went and checked the Jacuzzi and it was cold and he said he would heat it up and he never did. It’s still cold. If you like people who lied to you then I would stay here. I will be calling corporate.
