Convenient location, clean, comfy bed, frig with freezer component, microwave & efficient air conditioner. Bathroom was lacking - handicapped bench/seat in the way, right on top of the tub so showering created a messy water situation. Dispensers for soap & shampoos were in a plastic rectangular push container - hard to use & never seen that before. No hair dryer so bring your own. Very overpriced for what we got but understand it’s Cal Poly SLO graduation weekend.

It was fine, just remember it has no elevator so you need to carry your luggage up the exterior stairs.

The towels were old and thin. Decor outdated. The shower was cheaply constructed. They charge if you don’t give the card back. That’s not very sanitary to be re-using hotel cards in this day and age. For the price, I was disappointed. Nearly $500 a night for an outdated small hotel room with old overused towels. The only positive was that it was walking distance from downtown.

The place was clean and quiet, and walking distance from downtown. Check-in was a bit slow, but the staff was courteous and professional. They charge $50/hour for late checkout up to 2 hours (was not needed), and annoyingly, you have to go down and turn your keys in to check out in person otherwise you get charged a fee. If I'm scheduled to checkout, I should be able to just leave and leave the keys in the room without any extra steps being needed. Overall, I'd probably stay there again.

We were greeted by a very professional and pleasant man behind the counter at check-in and given a map and good information tailored to our visit. My teenage daughter and I were very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Room was clean, stocked with towels and soaps, coffee maker and coffee/sugar, plenty of pillows, and working microwave and mini fridge. The fridge was a bit warm the first night, as if it had been turned off and then recently turn on upon our arrival, but by end of day 2 was freezing our food and we had to readjust it. It was not a deal breaker. Downtown was within easy walking distance and not at all unpleasant. Also the motel is located right next to the 101 offramp (easy to find) and across from an Arco gas station, but it wasn't noisy at all on a Wednesday thru Saturday stay.

Shower head so high and at angle (cannot be adjusted) where it goes over my head and hits soap dispensers on opposing wall. Stall very narrow, so you cannot move into the water stream. I’m 5’4”.
