The people next to us had a dog that barked and cried endlessly. Bed cover had something brown on it (yuck) The shower was dirty. We wound up just leaving around 3 am on last night because the room just wasn't good. We normally love this hotel chain but this one was just bad.

Hotel staff were all very nice - room was clean - we decided on this property because we had a dog and the pet fee wasn’t crazy like some other properties - for the price it was a great deal - I’d definitely stay again

I greatly appreciated the highly ceilings on the 4th floor rooms, plenty of seating for dining, coffee and hot water for tea all day in the lobby, and everyone’s friendliness towards all the pet dogs. One minor suggestion would be a grassy area for dogs rather than an area of dirt.

Overall I was happy with how clean and spacious room was. I wasn’t happy that the inside refrigerator and AC was not clean. I was also not happy that the AC was very round. I could turn off Ac but couldn’t turn off the fan, which affected my sleep. Breakfast was ok. I had more variety at other locations.
