We had an accessible room, but it had a bathtub instead of a walk in shower. We were offered a change, but it was more trouble than it was worth! The pillows were awful!! The breakfast was just fair. Due to the fee for parking onsite, we will not stay again!!

Apparently, they now charge for parking. What a joke. Anyway to squeeze more from the consumer. Never charged parking before. Now it’s a new thing, “management decision” to start charging. All the places in Paso starting to charge for parking like they are some Vegas resort. Which they would apply the new parking revenue to beds because I would’ve been more comfortable sleeping in the parking lot that the “bed” they had. Didn’t sleep all night… never got comfortable. Plenty of other options to stay in at Paso with some new hotels being added. They did repaint exterior and redo some interior spaces. But elevator is still old and jerky. Almost popped my back out when it kicked in, which made me notice the inspection permit for the elevator was expired!

They shouldn’t charge for parking. It’s ridiculous. There’s empty fields everywhere. In San Francisco it makes sense but not in Paso Robles

The hotel was nice, the rooms were very clean. The sheets were kinda hard though, but they were clean so I shouldn’t complain lol! The staff on my arrival were as welcoming as a bee sting to the eyeball, but the lady when I checked out was lovely so I don’t want to judge all on the few. Overall a pleasant stay, probably wouldn’t return but maybe I just had an off experience. If you want clean, and a good location this is it. If u eat all the feels, move on ;)

The room was nice but the heater was super loud and the refrigerator died. Bummer because we had my insulin in the fridge. Luckily it wasn’t for long. The real upset was because a homeless woman was outside hanging out the whole time smoking her pot and rambling on. So every time we took our dog out she was there. Super uncomfortable. Won’t stay here again.
