RUDE STAFF

Front desk guy charged me $31.odd from the couple before me in line, who ordered a bottle of wine, and given two wine glasses. Front desk guy CHARGED to MY bill. Nancy took it off the next day, upon check out, as I had no idea that happened. This SAME front desk, young man, also carted my luggage to the outside of my door, and left. Horrible Customer service of him. Executive room was beautiful. ADA Accessible that we requested. Breakfast was delicious. Aside from the no smile, hate their job staff, I would go back for more stays.

It was just for going to a concert. Had actually booked through Ticketmaster Travel and forgot, tried to cancel that room, no easy way to contact, never again with them. The hotel staff tried to help but had little info on the third party.

Great stay in Paso

I was very surprised by the quality of this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, staff were amazing, room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was great and parking was well lit and secure. Overall excellent and at a fraction of the price of other hotels in area. Highly recommended!

The pool was very refreshing. We were assigned a handicapped room, which we did not need. The bathroom had no space for any of our toiletries and the floor was very wet after showering. The bedroom had MINIMAL drawers for clothing. Breakfast hours were much too early, especially since we were on vacation.
