The elevator is not working and from reading other reviews it has been out of service for some time. Bed was hard, so I didn't sleep well. Family room was nice and spacious, but due to the uncomfortable bed, I will not be returning. Breakfast was simple, could use some more protein options, as the only protein was hard boiled eggs.

Good trip.

Super-comfortable beds and linens made for great sleeping. Location is great - a few blocks uphill from the water/restaurants/shops. Breakfast was above average for breakfast-included hotels. Waffles, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs and an assortment of breads and fruit. Wish there had been hot coffee available before 7:30 am.

Dog trip.

My stay here was an amazing experience. No staff or customers were loud or disrespectful. The breakfast was decent. The breakfast lady was extremely respectful and looked forward to seeing her during breakfast. I bought dogs with me to a pet friendly room, I didn’t expect to have long curtains that touches the ground. All dog owners knows that’s a disaster waiting to happen. The shower curtains are cotton so it causes a big water mess in the restroom. The water clogger to the stink was stuck so I pulled it outso it can drain and it was disgustingly dirty. Overall I did enjoy my stay. Great covered parking as well.

Great value

Great location. Easy check in and friendly staff. Updated paint and decor with a comfy bed. Convenient parking. Cute lounging area. Don't try to check-in too early or you will be charged an additional $30. My only complaint is the carpet. It makes this hotel feel a bit drab and dingy. However it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't stay again. Had a great stay.

Room was the right size for ourselves and dog. Convenient area for the dog to relieve himself. Breakfast was convenient and well stocked with a variety of foods. Elevator was out of order which made it very inconvenient for our luggage and doggie cage and essentials. Many trips using the stairs.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Really nice guy at check in. I loved the view from my room. It’s also nice that there was a little area outside for smokers. The sun deck is a great place to relax.
