Very nice and well kept property. Conveniently located to Paso Downtown, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service which is unheard of these days. A nice surprise was a complimentary evening drink and snack. Rooms are extremely spacious and clean, feel like they are newly renovated. Highly recommended

It really was excellent. I did however witness something at the morning breakfast upon checkout, the employee that was cleaning up in the morning at approximately 630am, cleaned up a table and picked up napkins that appeared unused and placed them back on the unused napkins for incoming guests. My experience in hospitality is that napkins left on a table are disposed of not recycled.

Clean and cozy room, breakfast included was great, hotel is nice condition, pool area was nice and comfortable and nice for a swim, and nice to enjoy the outside fire-pit. Its a bonus that you can walk to downtown.

The hotel was clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It’s also only a 20 minute walk to downtown, not too bad. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Great value! Newer property and close to downtown Paso, love the happy hour with complimentary cocktail and snack. Shuttle service was also a nice perk if needed. Definitely recommend!

We will definitely come back. Every part of our two-night stay was awesome. Everything very clean, bed was really comfy, staff were all helpful and pleasant (with the exception of one server at one breakfast), gym was good, and even the parking was convenient. I think my only real complaint is they need two elevators for a prperty this size and they only have one.

Incredible staff and clean facilities. We mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and they sent champagne and other goodies to our room after we checked in. Service is unmatched. Downtown area is only a 5 minute drive away. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic hotel

Great location, a very easy 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Lovely pool area with towels provided. One complimentary wine, beer or cocktail between 5.30 and 7.30 for every day you stay, was a great way to get a buzz about the place.

Hotel staff were not helpful at all. Arrived early to check-in staff was not friendly or helpful letting me know when a room would be ready. Came back 2.5hrs later still nothing. Asked to use the gym bathroom to change and freshen up staff could “not find the key” to let me in. Worst experience would not stay again.
