Room was very clean, beds really comfy, staff was super friendly and a nice location just off the highway yet you can go for a nice stroll to downtown- about .5 miles away. Would definitely stay there again!

Pros: Specious rooms, nice lounge area at the lobby, plenty of parking (including three EV chargers), proximity to downtown, above average complimentary breakfast. Could have been a perfect hotel for a 2-3 night stay. Con: We had an abysmal dinning experience on the night of 12/6 that ruined the entire stay for us. We went to the on-site dinning venue at 9:15 pm. The server and the front-desk receptionist both actively discouraged us from dinning there as 'it was too late', even though the hotel advertises that dinning is available until 10. The server in fact ignored us completely for couple of minutes and kept on rearranging bottles on the shelves as we waited be seated. We were offered just bare minimum service from the server. We had to bring our own water and food, which took a good 40 minutes to be prepared, from the kitchen to the table. This is really unbecoming of a hotel with a 4 star service. Based on my experience, I'd not recommend anyone to dine here. Walk to drive to the downtown — plenty of dinning options here.

The staff is excellent! Nicole at the front desk was very friendly and wanted to help us with all the different restaurants downtown. The hotel is immaculate, our room was spacious and clean. The bed's comfortable and very quiet. We loved the two drink tickets for their bar, which also included hors d'oeuvres. In fact, we decided to stay and eat in their restaurant, excellent food and excellent prices. The breakfast barThe next day was excellent, and we were astounded to see that we could order omelets, freshly made for us. A huge selection of pastries bagels, juices and multiple coffee selections. The location is away from the maddening crowd; you're close enough at a half a mile walk to downtown. There's also an interesting restaurant bar with a live band a block away. We're coming back for sure!

The omelets were fantastic. The staff was exceptional. We went ther to be with family to celebrate a 70 th Birthday! Catherine was so accommodating in assisting with the celebration. We rented a room and all the family, children and adults were able to eat dinner, celebrate & play games! Thank you!
