Room was not fully cleaned. There were serious spills on floor and on bed skirt. Room was missing hardware such as toilet roll holder, hook behind door. The Spa was visually nice but the jets were broken. The decor looked modern just needs to be maintained, repaired were needed and deep cleaned. A resort fee should not be charged when the spa is not fully functional.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. Rooms were cleaned well, however, structure was dated where crack tiles, worn bedsheets and lack of ventilation in the room showed its age. Unfortunately, the provided blow dryer connected to the wall was heating up and could not be turned off without unplugging the entire unit. For the price that was charged the room seemed acceptable.
