The Sundown Inn has everything one needs when traveling, in the room, and on the property. The owners are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless clean and have items for travelers - soap, shampoo, kleenex, coffee or tea, large closet, etc.

First of all, we enjoyed our stay. The owners, who live on-site, were very friendly and helpful. The Sundown Inn is an older motel. It had character. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and the room had all of the standard amenities. I think my only complaint would be the lack of counter space in the bathroom. I resorted to putting my toiletries on the window sill. We would stay there in the future.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

The wife and I spent a couple of nights for our anniversary. Our room was clean and comfortable. The closet space is huge and my wife loved the built-in vanity outside the bathroom. It’s conveniently located near the waterfront with plenty of dining options in walking distance. The owner/manger is a sweet lady. Will definitely stay again.

I really like this place. It is family owned which makes for a very warm and welcoming feel. The room was clean, comfortable and walking distance to the commercial district. I recommend staying here.

Our stay was very nice and the accommodations were excellent. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful she made sure our room was clean and replenished the needed supplies. The water pressure in the shower was super and the Euro liquid shower soap had a nice fragrance to it didn’t dry out your skin .

I like that it is a small quiet hotel with parking right outside the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed there several times and have never had a bad experience. Thank you, Sundown Inn for a pleasant stay.

Clean, friendly, helpful and a great location.

The room was remodeled and nice. It was also very clean and comfortable. The proprietor was very helpful, informative and friendly. I could hear the neighbors and there was a lamp which could be repaired. But we were happy with the stay and would consider staying here again.

Funny little motel that might look like your sweet grandma decorated it - but surprisingly comfortable and it’s a pleasure to stay there. Friendly staff, clean, safe room, and an easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops. We would gladly return.
