Worth it!

Nice renovations, small water damage above shower and bath fan didn't work but other than that the location is perfect! Close to shopping, food and the beach isn't far

they call me few days before I confirm my staying to give me the room number and when I came to change the room number and also everybody got welcoming gift not me and a reception was very rude and not welcoming

If you stay on the ground floor, the car lights/sounds and people talking at night can be annoying because the parking spaces are literally right in front of the room doors and the window/door blinds have large gaps. The walls are also thin. Otherwise the place is nice and we enjoyed the fire place heater in the room.

I like how close and walkable it was to Morro Rock and the Embarcadero. The staff were very friendly. The only complaint I had was the AC unit since it wasn’t working properly to cool the room. When I brought my complaints to the front desk after checking out, they were more than happy to check up on it to be sure it will be ready for the next guests. The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. The bed was also comfortable. If I were to come back to Morro Bay, I would definitely book at The Landing again!

Great value and location

Remodeled rooms were clean and presented as advertised. The checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

Nice room, but disappointed overall

Although the location is ideal and the view, Morrow rock is beautiful, the road that we stayed in was supposed to have a fireplace. But the fireplace unit wasn’t working. The flames were not working. The bathroom still had cleaning residue left on the sink and in the shower. Also, the rooms were smaller than with the pictures made it seem.
