The hotel booked us the wrong room. I booked 2 queen beds and paid extra for parking and free wifi. I was given a room with 1 queen bed. I then had to argue with the staff about the reservation. They stated that booking through Expedia did not guarantee the room that you pay for. Once the issue was sorted out, I went to your room. Wifi was an addition amount for the night even though I had paid for it thru Expedia.

I have stayed at this property a few times, and this is the first time that I was not very happy with my room. The room was not properly cleaned in many areas, the shower was broken, and the floors were dirty. I did not eat at the restuarant this time, but I have in the past. The shopping down the way is awesome.

Pros: Courteous staff, clean and attractive decor. Cons: Room had a bad smell. According to staff they were having plumbing issues. Kitchen was closed so I had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Inconvenient, and a hassle.
