While the room was big and everything was clean. There are buses all through the parking lot and a lot of people milling around outside. I’m pretty sure this is used as temporary housing. But there’s nothing to let you know that other than reading the reviews.

When I booked the room, I stated I needed a wheelchair accessible room because I am disabled. When I got there. They had put me upstairs and said they they did not have a downstairs room. My room was not able to be refunded at that point. I had to even message the facility ahead of time to make sure there was wheelchair accessible. Also, I specifically booked this room for the swimming pool, so that my grandkids could come visit and swim, and the pool is not open to the public due to “Covid“ when I got to the room there was no cable and was told to watch tv i had to hook up something to the hdmi port. I had to go buy an hdmi cord and connect my laptop to the tv TV so we could watch tv. Terrible experience. Will mever stay there again.

Never in my life have I ever been mistreated so poorly by an establishment. I was previously harassed and discriminated against at Motel 6 in Lompoc. Law enforcement was called and I was recommended I stay at the inn in Lompoc due to its availability, its affordable rates, and it being in a safer part of town. Upon arrival, I spoke kindly to the front desk associate and explained that I was fleeing a sexual abuse and domestic violence incident and my daughter and I were seeking refuse. Not only was I denied an early check in, I was forced to sleep inside of my vehicle in a city notorious for meth and gang activity. Upon waking up, my 8 year old needed to use the restroom. We walked to the front desk and was denied by the front desk associate who was very rude, made some racist remarks, and denied my daughter access to the facilities. She refused to look up my reservation and threatened to call the cops and have me arrested in front of my already traumatized and sexual abuse victim child. Moments later, the front desk agent called the police and canceled my reservation so that the mat force me off the property with my child. I will NEVER forget this kind of treatment because it was unbelievable. Truly devastated and triggered. As a recovering addict, single mother, sexual and domestic abuse victim, and full time employee in the hospitality industry, I would NEVER recommend this to my worst enemy and am in so much mental distress do to these incidents that I’m on the verge of r

The hotel is clean and nice,but no iron no hair dryer,that was very inconvenient for everyone. We have to buy a hairdryer and iron,and the room has 2 fridge and 2 closets! No need , instead put a iron and hairdryer

no issues with checkin. The room and amenities were really run down. Closet wouldn’t open, burn holes in carpet and comforter, shredding bed skirt. Bathroom fan was so loud it gave me a headache. I felt really uncomfortable on the property because there were men just sitting around all over the place. I feel a bit bad because ultimately none of them heckled me, but traveling alone made me worried. Wouldn’t recommend staying here especially as a solo traveler. Can’t imagine paying more than ~$60 and even then it feels steep.

When I got to the property, there were no signs on the building, the grounds were a mess, there were spray painted big rug trailers all over the parking lot, I got inside and noticed the pool was filled with dirt, and there were plywood boards over the hot tub, none of which was posted online. I checked in, got to my room, the lock bar on the door was broken off, there was electrical tape on my window to make it look like glass panel windows, and the tape was melting in the sun. There were plastic anchors in the walls, the shower Seal looked like it had mold, the furniture was stained. I refused to stay there. I then contacted Expedia. They got me a refund on one of my two nights. And because it was a holiday weekend, there were no vacancies anywhere so I chose to sleep in my truck, rather than stay at that motel.

Rooms are ok.. there are cigarettes burned on the comforter. Towels are only 2 and 1 wash cloth. Shower handles are loose and only cold water was coming out on the shower head. Expected some breakfast. Was told last minute there’s no breakfast. Other than that reception was ok.. had a minor hiccup with changing the reservation.. but it worked out..
