I paid for a room with 2 queen beds but was given a room with full size beds. The air conditioner did not work and the WiFi was down. They refused to accommodate us with a downstairs room as one of our party is handicapped. We tried to use the hot tub in the evening but there were several young kids in it. One playing the kazoo and one dropping bugs into it. When I went to file a complaint the girl at the front desk refused to even take my complaint or get a supervisor. Awful!!!

This hotel is pretty average and a little dated, but nothing can compare to the location. It’s was great, so central to the downtown area! I would definitely stay again.

I didn't like the continental breakfast which was only Coffee and Danish bread. In their advertisement said Breakfast but did not specify what kind of breakfast. Should have said Continental breakfast ONLY Danish bread and Coffee in the front office by Entrance. I expected a full meal breakfast like others Hotels.

Room furniture was tired and worn and looked dirty. The carpet in the outdoor walkways was worn in several places to the point that the cement was showing. Continental breakfast consisted of stale Danish and coffee. Actually the whole property looked tired.

This is a great hotel if you want to feel like you’ve traveled back to 1970’s. Time stood still in this little gem. Nothing updated, I think it still has original paint everywhere. at $200+ a night, it’s a glorified Motel 6. The AC is an ancient relic that used to blow cold air. Sweet! Especially when it’s 100 degrees outside. Driving by you wouldn’t know how bad it is. Exterior looks ok. The worst part about our stay was us being threatened to get kicked out as soon as the front desk guy saw us with scooters. He was so rude and mean, it felt like he caught us selling drugs. We couldn’t bring them inside. Ok fine. Can you be nice about it? We get it. We weren’t about to cause any trouble. If you hate dealing with people so much, go work at an animal shelter. Right off the bat treating to kick us out just because you got scared we’ll burn down the hotel by charging our scooters? We were ok with keeping them in our car, chill out. It wasn’t a big deal. The next morning the girl in front was a lot nicer and actually offered to help us. Overall probably wouldn’t stay here again. They need to get back into 21st centrist and be a little bit more environmentally friendly.

Great place

Everthing was great. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Everything in the room was great. The danishes in the morning were fine. The night clerk was great. Good morning, desk clerk was on her phone and not pay attention to anything.
