During booking process I had requested for 2nd floor for a quieter room and received confirmation from hotel, but it ended up became 1st floor and no other option when checking-in, had bad experience due to noise and fly inside the room.

1. The shower knob is broken. You just can't adjust water temperature with ease. 2. The toilet is loose. It moves up and down when you sit on it. 3. There is not even a desk to put your laptop so that you can work in the room.

The Wafer 450 Hotel wasn't bad. The check in process was interesting & efficient.There was something that kept periodically banging through out the night in the room. We never figured out what it was.

The concierge at the front desk was very nice and polite. Room was clean and so was the property conveniently located near restaurants and my Exam location. Bummer was Wi-Fi did not work.
