The hotel is modern and nicely updated, and the property was very clean. However, we were disappointed to find the pool cold and the hot tub out of order upon our arrival. There was also a sock left in our room from a previous guest. When setting up the sofa bed for our kids, we discovered that a comforter and a second pillow were missing. The beds themselves were not very comfortable, and the TV channels were a bit glitchy. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I love how professional the staff were. The only downside for me was there was a door in my room which may connect to the other room. Ofc, it has a locked and all but other than that all was good. Enjoy the stay very much.

I stayed at this hotel with my son’s team, who had a group block. We had to arrive a night early and were told we didn’t qualify for the team perks. At other hotels, similar situations were handled with flexibility—extending discounted parking and meal vouchers. Not here. We paid the full $20/day for parking (vs. the team’s $5) and $100 for breakfast for three people, while the rest of the team ate free. Despite being part of the group, the hotel made no effort to accommodate us. To make matters worse, I organized a team gathering and asked in advance if we could order pizza and eat outside by the pool. I was told it was okay as long as the food went to our rooms first and then back down—so we followed that instruction. But on the day of the gathering, after I had already bought the pizzas, staff told us we couldn’t eat them in the lobby or by the pool. The conflicting information was extremely frustrating, especially when trying to coordinate something for multiple families and kids. Overall, the lack of flexibility, poor communication, and refusal to extend basic courtesies made this a disappointing stay. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to other teams or families.
