We paid for a King bed with a pull out sofa room and were given a queen bed room. Very uncomfortable and annoying. The staff wasn't very clear in procedures at check in and parking was a total pain. The card reader to access and exit parking didn't work once during our stay.

We didn't get the room we purchased through Hotels.com. Instead it came with 2 twin beds vs the 1 king bed we purchased. The room was a non-smoking room but very clearly smelled like smoke. The organization checking people in was terrible and took nearly an hour of being in line.

Arrived to check in and was told they overbooked and wanted to move me, to a cheaper hotel, even though I had prepaid months earlier. Was disappointed that I had to tell them I was staying with colleagues, and they asked for their names as if to "prove it" to them. Won't be staying here again.
