The place is nice, we have stayed there before with no issues. Unfortunately the last time we visited we had a very uncomfortable situation where House Keeping just walked right in while we were showering at 9:30 am even though check out isn't till noon. It was a male staff member that appeared to be knocking on the door (which he had a passkey for) while simultaneously opening the door to let himself in, SHOCKING! I was appalled and notified the frint desk.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived offered us a queen when we booked a suite Parking is available Quiet hotel which is just what we wanted Room wasn’t cleaned on our 2nd night so coffee and towels were not replaced Bit disappointed for such a high ranking hotel

Great stay

This hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms are a great size. We utilized the courtyard area with fire pits in the late afternoon into the evening. Very relaxing.
