I left my bathrobe hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I called each day for 3 days following our stay only to be told the housekeeper supervisor would call me. They never did. When I called the last time, they said nothing was found, and claimed their housekeeping staff does not steal. It’s very unfortunate my robe was taken but the uncaring manner by the staff was very upsetting.

The staff were always cleaning, moping or dusting all the time we were there. They were very friendly and always asked if we needed anything. Now, I am aware this is a rather large Hotel, however, the water pressure in the shower was something to be desired. I had to wonder if I should use conditioner on my hair or not. Breakfast was very good and the Front Desk went out of their way to help us out a couple times. Nice stay.

Property is nice and rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and their breakfast is pretty good. Parking is listed for $18 but I was charged $24 per day, plus a service fee. My total for 2 days of parking was $50. So just be prepared for the parking fee to be charged at a higher rate.

The property was on a hillside and the parking was not convenient, I had to walk up and down an incline and the lightening at night was dim. In addition I had to pay for parking which I didn’t know about and it was unreasonable since there was plenty of space for guests to park. The cost of staying at the Hilton was over priced for what you can get at other hotels.
