No restaurant, the only one close by was poor quality. The mattresses were beyond hard. We did not sleep much. Mowing the lawn starts at 9am on Tuesdays right when we were trying to enjoy the balcony. They were also triming the parking lot bushes with branches landing on the cars. The placed smelled very fishy but they cant contol this. Probably from all of the dead clams that are not cleaned off of Pismo beach. We drove up to Avila for 2 days and enjoyed our time there. We actually left a day early because we were not enjoying our stay or sleep, but will most likely not get refunded.

Our room was not ready at check in time, despite the fact we checked in an hour early. They did not put us on the “rush” list until we spoke to the desk for a second time. The bed was unusually hard and uncomfortable.

Provided us with a broken crib for baby. Employee tried to set up and couldn't get it to work. Then provided a new crib with no sheets. When requested a crib sheet we were brought a Queen Size sheet that could have smothered our daughter and was not safe.

We stayed overnight on trip down coast beautiful property, lovely pool, nice fire pits and area to relax and enjoy the fabulous views from cliffs. Breakfast was included. I would go back.

First time slayers, we always see this hotel when we pass by on our way to LA, and finally had a chance to book and stay, I have to say its so much better in person and the amenities and beach views wqs amazing. Pool and multiple jacuzzi one for adults was perfect. If I knew they had a grill I wouldve brought some stuff to BBQ. So cool! And definitely nook a beach or pool view. Sad they didnt give us one of those rooms. We did how ever book a day before and it was a Thursday night stay. Friendly workers all around! And the room inside were awesome and clean
