The hotel was under construction, which I was not informed of prior to my arrival. The deposit of $150.00 seems way to high given, the hotel was in flux. The only working elevator was in fact a service elevator. There was no I feel sorry for the staff who were doing their best and had to suffer the wrath of my anger.

Seriously disappointed!!! No where did it say prior to booking that they were renovating the hotel, with no amenities as noted. No discount for inconvenience. Anyone booking hotel, know that they are renovating till end of year.

The property was under construction on the opposite side of the building from where we were staying and hopefully our side was next to be updated because it was disgusting. We booked 3 nights there so we could be close to the hospital in case there was an issue with a loved one that was admitted in CCU. The hallway was musty and foul smelling, the room was large but falling apart. There were stains in the popcorn ceiling and a beam that looked like it could fall on us. The shower was so difficult to turn on we thought at first it didn't work. The sliding glass door didn't open and every time we stepped on the elevator we said a prayer it would make it to the 2nd floor.

This property is undergoing major renovation. Front desk is makeshift. No lobby, no restaurant, no pool. One wing is completely closed. Not a big deal for me on this trip but if you have kids, this hotel would be disappointing.

The pool and spa were both broken. Management was so rude. The people next to kept complaining and there were many homeless tweakers lurking in the parking lot. So upset. Checked out early because of it
