Cute hotel, needs larger room number signs

The hotel was cute. I rated it 4 stars because the room numbers were so small you could not see where your room was when parking and there was no guidance labeled anywhere (ex: labels stating rooms 100-118 —>) which made me feel very uncomfortable searching for my room at night alone. It was also very easy to hear everything going on outside your door or in the floor above.

terrible service

I booked a king size bed. they gave us 2 queens beds. they did not automatically give us wifi username and password. I was too tired to complain, change rooms and obtain the wifi information. I will never stay here again.

It’ll do in a pinch…

This is an older roadside motel-type place with recent upgrades and a facelift. Overall, it was decent and we only paid about $84/night, so that was tough to beat. The upgrades did not include what would be considered normal now — More outlets for charging devices. It’s close proximity to the freeway too, so get ready for a lot of road sounds. Lots of exterior hallway lighting coupled with insufficient window shades mean lots of ambient light coming in a night too. My HVAC unit only blew cold air, so it got pretty chilly at night with the unit off. My report to the front desk and requests for some more blankets was filled but not without some mildly passive-aggressive groans and a rather incredulous person to deliver them. It was really clean though…. and cheap.
