We rented 2 separate rooms for our family and both rooms had broken lamps that wouldn’t turn on. The carpets in the rooms were so disgustingly dirty it turned my 2 year olds feet black simply from walking on it.

I was impressed with the up-to-date interior, cleanliness and comfort. I saw that the hotel had a 3-star rating and was surprised by that, once I was inside!! I was at least a 4 1/2 if not a 5-star room with 5 stars being excellent. Believe me when I say I do not give out praise easily. This room cost $89.00 including tax! The young lady that checked me in was very kind. I wish I had taken a few pictures to show you how nice it was.

Part of my trip was canceled and I checked out early. We were going to rebook here for the rescheduled date, but The Sandman Hotel will not refund me for the days that were not used. I would not recommend this hotel and I won't have any of my employees or subcontractors stay here again.

Excellent hotel for the price. The property was clean, comfortable and very affordable. Loved the outdoor firepits. I would highly recommend the Sandman Hotel to any traveler for business or pleasure.

I was there for three nights. The first night the dogs next door woke me up. The second night, neighbors set off the smoke alarm, smoking weed. The last night the people upstairs were partying until 3:30am. This is not a quiet place to rest.
