I've stayed at Ayres Seal Beach several times in the last 15. It is convenient, clean, and safe. Unfortunately this time it is wearing out and needs replacement of furniture and other replacement.

Just OK.

Check in was easy. The room was a bit dated, but seemed fairly clean. The bed was rather uncomfortable and sheets were scratchy. Water pressure was lacking in the shower and sink. It was nice that the window opened, but I couldn't keep it open and let air in because there was no screen and bugs were coming in. Breakfast was decent.

We were very pleased with the hotel overall especially the prepared breakfast. Re AC, we did have to change our room #303 as there was a continuous equipment hum, the maintenance and us determine it was from the roof possibly a condenser as it was all of the time. Staff nicely we changed us to a nice room on the 2nd floor. Nice & quiet!!! thank you!!

Exactly what I was looking for - conveniently located off an interstate for a trip that required a lot of SoCal driving, decent included breakfast, very clean, comfortable, safe, not unreasonably priced.. I felt welcomed. I am not used to it because of the way I look and they looked at me and treated me like a regular human being. Thank you so very much for that. I always make sure I make a big deal when other human beings are treating each other in a good way. The right way. Thank you again all 3 front desk ladies and even the guy that brought me my extra pillows I requested. Good shift.
