Exactly what I needed for one night.

Clean room with fridge comfortable clean bed pub next door local shop parking on street was free after 5pm

Rundown hotel room with stained carpets.

Many of the rooms have no windows to the outside, they just open into an indoor conference room, this is not clear on the website. The rooms are very warm even with the AC on full. The shower in our room had a frosted glass wall into the bedroom, okay for a couple but may not be if you are travelling with your mother. The coffee shop at the hotel is no longer open, there is only the breakfast buffet which is £22pp, however there are lots of coffee shops in the area. Overall it suited our needs but did not meet our expectations.
