Lovely stay

perfect location for visiting Westfield Shopping Centre. Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely breakfast. Our room had a noisy extractor/aircon, otherwise excellent stay.

The room was beautiful and large! Bathroom was clean and nice ! But the heating was terrible! Didn’t work at all in this corner room on 6th floor! This jotel is conveniently located near Westfield mall but no onsite parking available! Its OK as long as the hotel employees can atleast guide the guests how to park in the nearby public or mall parkings ! You don’t have even a short term drop off location in front of the hotel !

It's okay. Not exactly a 4-star hotel. The rooms are tiny and cramped. This is more of an average hotel. Really nothing special.

Not a great stay. My booking was unknown and it took them a good 10 or 15 mins to arrange something. In my 3 day stay, there was only 1 (out of 3) lift working for the whole building. No milk (even a sachet or longline pot) for tea/coffee in the room. I don’t think the bathroom was as clean as it could have been.

Our stay was a little odd we tried to check in and they said we had to wait and the receptionist said our room was 612 then we went to wait and came back and our room had changed we believe this was to rush us into a room that was ready for check-in and it was clear from the cleanliness of the room that it had been set up quickly to get us into a room

We had a lovely stay at the dorsett hotel for a concert happening next door. The staff were all lovely especially the housekeepers. The shower was powerful and warm, the bed was comfy and the air systems made it easy to get warm/cold. Bag drop was easy and safe kept in a locked conference room. The only problem we had was on the last day one of the elevators have broken so took a little while to get down with all our luggage, this however is not the staffs fault and happens so hasn’t effected my rating.
