Does what it says on the tin

I booked W12 Rooms because I needed somewhere to stay while working in London for 5 days. It's in a great location on Shepherds Bush Green with lots of food options and with Westfield London a few minutes walk away, it's great for shopping etc too. Lots of local amenities and great transport links. Would book again if working in the Shepherds Bush area again.

Location, Location, Location

What a great find! This small boutique hotel is beside an Underground Station (Shepherds Bush) and in front of Westfield London. It offers friendly service, a super clean room, and a very roomy bathroom with instant hot water. The room itself is compact, as one would expect for this location, but it had a storage cupboard, making it very practical. There are plenty of eating places nearby. It is easy to get into central London in 20 minutes. The only bad thing about the hotel is if you are a light sleeper, there is noise outside, although they do have double glazing, so it's really only loud sirens that come through. I slept peacefully. Highly recommend this place.

They would not consider my change of travel plans, meaning I paid 4 nights for a 2 night stay, even if there is a policy in place, there was enough time to accept my change of dates. Many hotels go outside of policy for seasoned travellers. I paid for something I did not use essentially.

Always a pleasant stay at W12 Rooms

I've always stayed at the W12 rooms since 2018. Lovely rooms, friendly staff. Its right beside Shepherds Bush underground station on the Central Line so handy for anywhere in London and you've London Overground station across the road and Westfield shopping centre behind you!

No sound proofing

The hotel is in a good location next to the tube and shopping centre, this does mean it’s in a busy/ noisy location (think traffic noise, sirens etc), but I didn’t have a problem with this. Reception staff were friendly. Room was expected cleanliness and comfort for price paid.I would have liked to have had a chair in the room so I could use the desk. My issue was the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything in the room above and next door. The other occupants weren’t antisocial but I could hear bags being zipped, walking around, coughing teeth being brushed etc. for this reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Dated hotel

This hotel was run down from the pictures in their advertisement. The double bed was very small. They charged 10£ per night for an additional person. We paid the surcharge on arrival since I booked prior to having a companion and was unable to change my reservation. Despite only staying one of two nights they would not refund the 10£ for the night we did not stay. Stains could be seen on the mattress through the thin mattress cover. My boyfriend is 6’3” and had to turn the shower off to soap up when showering due to the placement of the rainfall shower. Best part of this hotel was its location which is right beside the tube station. Staff members were friendly but their policies are outdated and not geared toward customer service. I would unlikely stay at this hotel again.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and our room was cleaned, replenished daily. The location is excellent for shopping ( right next to W12 shopping centre ), with a large variety of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Also excellent location for transport being right next to Shepherds Bush tube station. Could not fault it.

Great stay at W12. Clean and nice rooms in a great location. There a lot of stairs as I was on the top floor but the staff took my bags up for me which was a nice touch. The only downside was my room had a skylight which had no blind so was very bright in the early morning, but otherwise a great stay.
