Not my best experience.

My check in was slow and ultimately felt like I was pushed into a particular ground floor handicap room because others were still dirty at 5;00pm. I had the impression that this had something to do with my type of reservation when I heard the two clerks discussing "type of room". My feelings were compounded by the parking lot appearing almost empty. I wasn't real happy with the room after I got there.

This was an excellent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Ventura Simi Valley. The location was great for us and close to everything we were attending. Large room, with large bed, and spacious bathroom.

I didnt want to give a poor rating but i feel like breakfast should be included with the stay. The breakfast is expensive to purchase. This would have made the stay even better. Most hotels include breakfast.
