Last persons food was still in the fridge. Many workers standing around the front desk not doing anything. The trip from T5 to the hotel is long. With all the staff at the front doing nothing they could get some hotel trolleys to help with luggage. I would think a basic requirement of a "luxury hotel". There should also be a complimentary shuttle between terminals. Whats the point of being an airport hotel if you don’t provide access to the airport. Even terminal T5 is far away. Some nice amenities but the hotel room is quite old and used. Limited outlet access ability. Generally staff were kind apart from some less enthused staff working in the bar.
