Easy check-in process and nice people. The place definitely needs a renovation though. The king bed was uncomfortable because it felt like it was dipping. I woke up with a sore back.

Barking Dog

Hotel was great BUT on the morning that we were going to check out someone left there dog in there room barking for over 2+ hours! I called front desk to complain not in e but twice. Losing those 2 hours of sleep, I had an exhausting drive home. I won’t stay here again.

Nice place which needs work

The overall vibe of the place was good and the location was great. The included breakfast was also good. The room looked pretty nice. The issue was that it was not well maintained. The bathroom has a sliding barn door to open and close. It was off the rail when I got there. I muscled it back onto the rail but the next time I used it it roll down the rail and off the end trapping my son in the bathroom. Again I was able to muscle it out of the way but then had to leave it and barely be able to squeeze our way in and out. We then tried to watch TV. No luck it was not connected to the internet and you could not do it yourself. Lastly we tried to open the rolled shade and the chain fell off. I was only there for one night so it was manageable but I'd probably hesitate to stay there again unless some changes are made.

The room was very small. The shower was so tiny I could hardly move at all. I’m an average sized 8 woman. The bathroom faucet knobs were broken. Staff was nice. Breakfast was fine. Lots of options.

Our front door would not lock, the heater in the kid’s room doesn’t work ( only blows out cold air in early April). The rooms are dark and dingy, window frames are dusty and dirty, the floor lamp in the bedroom room is unstable and falling part (worried that it may fall anytime when my kids walk near it), bathroom faucets were not properly installed and lastly the towel rack is the bathroom is so loose that it might fall off the wall if we yank the towel. My suite looks newly remodeled but seriously it was done with such a crappy job… the entire suite looks like a DIY gone wrong. I look forward to enjoying the free breakfast and I like the fact that it is close to all the shops. Unfortunately I will not return even if it was free.

The rooms where clean even tho they allow dogs my wife’s allergies never kicked in, staff is helpful, free breakfast is a plus and the food is good (no complains here). My problem with the property is the bathroom, toilet hat problems shower was leaking, but over all a great experience; will come back again and hopefully they fix their toilets and showers.
