Perfect for a relaxing, lakeside getaway or a wintertime ski-cation with the whole family, this charming, three-story condo welcomes you to the shore of Lake Tahoe! Inside, you'll find soaring, vaulted ceilings, a living area with a flatscreen TV and comfortable furniture, a dining table for eight, and a well-equipped, galley kitchen, all warmed by a gas fireplace. Outside, you'll also find a furnished balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or just relax and socialize on lazy afternoons.
With the sparkling blue waters of Lake Tahoe just steps from your door, there will be no shortage of lake fun to be had during your stay! In the warmer months, guests can take their pick of boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, or simply lounging in the sun. Venturing into the main drag of South Lake Tahoe will also be a treat with a wide variety of shops and local eateries. And come winter, fresh snow will be calling your name at Heavenly Mountain Resort just under two miles from home base.
Things to Know
Private, high-capacity washer/dryer.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the home.
Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. For additional information, please visit https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/.
Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
