Love Hilton Seasons. They recently renovated it and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Parking is valet so you don't have to worry about parking your car. Definitely will stay here again.

Pros: The rooms are spacious. I also noticed they have a handheld steamer which I thought was a nice touch. The long countertop was also very useful. The room decor is up to date. Location is not bad. Cons: Ridiculous resort fee. Valet only parking. Check in would have been more personal if they would provide basic info, like where stuff are in the hotel or even check out time, etc.

Overall was ok. Valet team was wonderful!!! Hotel is quiet. Housekeeping service sucks! As tgey don't clean the room unless you stay 5 nights or more. Called for more towels and TP never received. Rooms were clean.

Overview

Overall, a nice place to stay. Valet parking only included in the resort fees. Valets were very attentive. Room was nice with separate bedroom from bathroom and living area. Negatives were impossible to understand tv channels. Paper thin toilet paper.

Quiet and comfortable place within nature

I enjoyed the abundance of pine trees, the fresh cool air and warm sun, and the quietness of the place. The condo-like three room apartment was quite nice. I especially liked the countertop in the kitchen area. I also liked the mattress on the bed. It was very comfortable and I slept very well. I don’t watch a lot of TV but I appreciated that two TV sets. I aMy only real concerns were the cleaning service and the lack of things like dish soap, ceramic mugs and metal silverware. The kitchen only had plastic forks, knives, and spoons and plastic bowls and plates. Although I could request new towels, tissue and other such needs, they Cleaning Person only came by one to clean up they apartment. She offered to change the sheets on the bed, but I didn’t want them changed yet. I asked her when she would be back, and she said in two days, but she never came back and I never got fresh sheet and I ran out of towels, however, the front desk Was good enough to send up some fresh towels.

Required valet parking. No bar or restaurant on site. Other than small German Restaurant in walking distance only food options were 1-2 miles away. Hotel offered no shuttle service, no complimentary morning coffee. No option to store luggage or even use luggage trolleys. Pool was very small and always crowded.
