Staff was very kind and professional. Breakfast was amazing, parking was free and safe. A little disappointed that the jacuzzi was not open, it had recently been painted. The hotel was in the perfect location for our purposes and close to gas station. Great experience overall.

Love this place

Love it ❤️breakfast is wonderful no complaints and its changes every day. They are in the middle of remodeling but didn't disturb us at all.

Due to a solo car accident we had to be evacuated. The staff here were GREAT! Joseph the Manager, Manuel from Maintenance, and all other staff attending to guests when water, electricity and gas were knocked out. They did a great job in a very difficult situation.

Great for rest - not so great to get work done

The staff was helpful and kind. Overall condition was just “ok”. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The internet did not work in my room. Called the front desk to inquire and was told that in my part of the hotel the internet did not work well but they were working on fixing it. Also, very limited television, which was surprising for such a large metropolitan area.

Nothing fancy, but adequate. The free breakfast was excellent. Room sizes are excellent; bathroom amenities are excellent. My key had to be reprogrammed every night, which was a bit bothersome. Housekeepers ignored or don’t understand they please make up my room sign, but for a convenient stay, it was well priced.

Meh. Honestly I would have changed hotels but my bed was comfortable and I was overwhelmed. This hotel smells. The second floor smells especially bad. I stayed on the third but went to the second for laundry. It’s run down and dirty. Bar next door was loud. People loud in hotel parking lot and freeway noise was constant. Left my room one day and came back to it cleaned, but sliding door was left wide open. Won’t stay here again.

Nice seafood restaurant next door with pond and ducks. Tight parking. Noise in corridor from people doing renovations. Lot of noise on our side from traffic on I-8.

the faulty arms hotel

the hotel is under construction but continues to accept guests. the front door didn't open properly, there are two elevators, one was not available to use and the other one failed in the early evening. neither one of them was working the next morning. the hallway was cluttered with workmen who were preparing the hallway walls and painting. the heater in our room intermittently provided warm air, then cold air. it even kept running when we turned it off. when we called down for a couple blankets we were told it might be awhile because the place is understaffed. finally, when no one bothered to come up, we walked down the stairs to retrieve them around 10 at night and then back up stairs again to the room . . . and we are not young.

Where’s the maid service?

On the second day, nobody clean our room, or refreshed the towels. On the third day when the maid came to clean the room, we were leaving, and I told her to start cleaning. She cleaned the bathroom, but then we left. When we returned, the towels were all on the floor in the hallway and the bed has not been made. I was extremely disappointed that our room had not been cleaned for the second day in a row. I talked to the front desk and all they could say was they were sorry.
