Wonderful bed and shower. Very quiet. The accoutrements and cleanliness and quiet make this really worth the outstanding price. We’ve known about this little secret with a great price for a lovely room for years. So I hate to be the one to say it’s fabulous in a review and then one day I won’t be able to get a room. Ha ha. Includes continental breakfast in the morning. All I can say is it’s where we always stay and we’re always happy with it.

Clean neat room. Bath was spotless. Bed comfy and soft. Perfect location. In the middle if the valley but near wineries. You could walk to st helena with ease.

Clean modern room with comfortable bed. Coffe maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Heated small outdoor pool with sauna and Jacuzzi. About a mile from downtown Saint Helena. At $125 a night; what’s not to like. Happy I booked this motel

Upon arrival I was given keys that did not work. After getting that fixed a housekeeper walked in on me while undressed. They knocked, I asked them to wait, they did not respond and knocked again, I repeated my request for them to wait at an increase volume, and they keyed in anyway while I was completely indecent. When I told the front desk she just said she would take care of it, no actual apology or follow up happened on this incident. I felt very violated and on edge the rest of the stay.

⭐️ 1 Star — Napa Prices Without Napa Hospitality El Bonita Motel charges Napa prices without delivering Napa quality. Here, you absolutely do not get what you pay for. The front desk staff were shockingly rude — both at check-in and check-out — with zero interest in being helpful or welcoming. This place relies entirely on its location and couldn’t care less about its guests. Rooms and service are subpar, attitudes are worse, and the entire experience feels like an overpriced roadside stop pretending to be something it’s not. Save yourself the disappointment — there are plenty of other places in Napa that actually value their customers.
