Great location. Dark, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Nice view even though it wasn’t a room with a tower view. There was a problem with the toilet, we told staff and it was fixed straight away. No mini fridge in the room. No plug sockets/outlets next to the beds. Some of the furniture and fixtures were very worn and could do with replacing.

Was assigned a room with disability. I feel this room shouldn’t be assigned to a normal guest. It makes the whole experience stay feels like a hospital stay.

Ideal place for what we wanted nice and comfortable and quiet staff were very helpful easy connection from the Elizabeth line C10 bus took us straight to the hostel

The staff at reception were awesome. I only stayed for one night and the room was clean, loved the hotel decor. I would love to go back and try the bar and restaurant.

Staff amazingly helpful , breakfast very poor, but overall a great experience. Was cheapest hotel on a weekend of the London marathon and very convenient for Russell Square Underground. Staff very helpful.
