Not many breakfast options

The cleaning service was non existent. I stood at the hotel for 5 nights and my room was cleaned once. I had to call for service and all that was done was the bed and the trash. We were not given towels (I had to call for them), the toilet paper was not replenished (there were four of us in the room), and the complimentary coffee was not replenished.

Our stay was great. The hotel staff was great and the rooms were very clean.

Good location in historic building. Rooms were small, but passable, though very overpriced! At least they were clean - at first! Front desk staff was not very friendly or accommodating. Cleaning staff did a rather poor job. Stayed in downtown Pittsburgh many times, at half a dozen different locations, and this one was one of the more underwhelming ones.

This was my first time staying at the property, and I truly could not have been happier with my decision to book a room. I really appreciate the experience from start to finish and felt genuinely well taken care of throughout my stay. Best regards, Lisa

Room was run down/old. Shower head was coming out of the wall and couldnt get the water hot. The phone in the room was making a loud buzzing noise so I just disconnected the cord. Rest of venue and area was super.l, staff was friendly. Room was clean. Easy access.to a late.checkout that was needed.
