The guy made me wait 30 minutes for me to check in and even though he said he couldn’t help me. He helped the next person behind me after that when I came back for another 30 minutes, he couldn’t find my reservation so I had to book another reservation with another 15 minutes until finally, he approve it even though I had just checked out in the morning because I was not planning to stay another night so horrible experience I had with this guy.

Bad service

I didn’t want housekeeping during my stay which has never been a problem before the counter person Pravo I believe his name was said that wasnt allowed. I said I’d like to talk to a manager about it and he gave the motel 6 1800 number. They agreed with me of course I put it on speaker so they could tell him and he still wouldnt listen. What a hassle I will never stay there again.

The pool was closed and tge room i rented for my not have a fridge or microwave which was very important since he was staying a week and couldnt afford to eat all his meals out.
