The staff really stood out. Jazz, Malissa, and Elisabeth were all very helpful and friendly, especially Jazz at the front desk, who was warm, professional, and welcoming. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Highly recommended.

I stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Sunnyvale Silicon Valley II quite often, and this visit was especially pleasant. The property is always clean and comfortable, and this time I was really impressed by the front desk staff, Jazz. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made the check-in experience smooth and welcoming. Her excellent service truly stood out. I’ll definitely continue choosing this hotel for my stays in the area!

The room had everything I needed. It was comfortable and clean (except that housekeeping had left a bag of linens on a table). I couldn't figure out how to use the handheld shower head. And the complimentary buffet breakfast was fine but nothing to write home about (stay away from the sausage patties, or as I like to call them, the hockey pucks).
