It took a while to get a response to our arrival after hours despite notifying twice with an email in advance. We were overseas and did not have phone access. Our booking was through Expedia which may have d contributed to communications.

Great hotel in central location, although no dinning options on site, there are more than enough options within a short walk. Hotel is great value for money. Staff were excellent, Faisal was on the front counter for the two days of my stay, he couldn't have been more helpful, he's a credit to the Quest brand. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were great. I couldn't change the AC to cooling but the guy on the front desk did it for me. The main bathroom had minimal shelving for toiletries and it had a funky šmell
