Room was clean but customer service was horrible. I was told by one of their representatives that they put a complimentary banner for those celebrating a special occasion. Since we were there for our anniversary, I thought why not. After speaking to 3 representatives, I was told that they don’t do it for anyone who booked through a 3rd party (i.e Expedia). Another issue, our room was next door to a room with a new born. I love children but I’m also there to get some rest and not wake up 4 times a night because of a crying baby. I called the front desk the first night in hopes to be moved, but instead, she did nothing. Unfortunately, I had the worst two night stay at Pala.

We showed up a was greeted by Complimentary valet parking. Walked into a very clean lobby an was greeted an checked in by staff at the front desk. We got our key to our room. Staff will ask for proof of stay to enter the elevator. Walked to our room on the 10th floor. Noticed it was very well kept clean and quiet. We entered our room to wow this room is big! We got a Superior Suite room. My wife was super impressed with how clean the bathroom was with double sinks. The Jetted Tub and shower are a great size. We will definitely be back to visit again.

It's a very nice hotel and good casino. It's just disappointing that the amenities of the pool, Jacuzzi and gym were under construction and unable to be utilized.
