The room itself was good and met expectations; however, the front desk staff were completely unprofessional and disorganized.
I called every day starting the Monday before my stay to request an early check-in for Sunday due to a wedding. Each time, I was told the request was noted on my reservation and that there would be no issues. On Sunday morning, I called again and was told that early check-in could not be granted unless I was physically present, so I arrived early in person.
Once there, the front desk told me no rooms were available, despite previously stating that guests had been checking out since 9:00 AM. I was repeatedly told to come back in 30 minutes, only to be told again that nothing was ready. I ended up waiting over an hour before finally receiving a room.
This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and not something I have ever experienced at a hotel before. Better communication and consistency from the front desk staff are clearly needed.
