Choose a different place to stay!

Terrible experience. I called 4 days before to ask for a specific room that we stayed in previously and was told it would be reserved for us. I got a call the morning of check in that they had to move us due to the building being out of service for last two weeks! I asked to cancel and was told I would still be charged. They apologized and told me I would be getting a better more private room. NOT WHAT HAPPENED AT ALL not to mention the tub being dirty and not able to hold water, very noisy location overlooking freeway and parking lot. Neighbors were loud and at least a family of six which is more than allowed in the rooms. One of their kids was able to open the adjoining door at 5 am due to broken lock. Luckily I had the lock latch on so my door was only able to open about 3 inches......but enough for the kid to see in and yell " dad, their is someone sleeping in the bed!" We have stayed here before w/o only minor issues but this stay was terrible. Especially for it being as expensive as it is. I reported all issues to front desk and was told I could not even get a break on the bill because I booked through hotels.com! No compensation offered by resort.

No elevators for second floor guest. Bed was horrible. Room had bad smell to it. Walk way had debris on it (pine needles gravel/sand) that made rolling suitcase difficult. Heater/air conditioner did not hold room at an accurate temperature. Extremely over priced for conditions.

Lovely

It’s a lovely room and an absolutely gorgeous location. The only issue we had was that we were hungry and went down for dinner at 7:30 and both the bar and dining room had closed. That was an unfortunate surprise. Everything else was perfect.

Great property. We were attending a wedding at a nearby venue. Property was nice and clean, quiet and easy access close to venue. Definitely will try and stay again to just enjoy and relax. Visited in March pool was closed but wasnt a deal breaker....

Beautiful place, great view inside a golf course. Staff (recepcion & restaurant) not so friendly. I was surprised to see such a big restaurant with a great view, but with a very poor menu selection, small portions, not so great staff nor fast service and with extremely high prices. If you are in the area, staying there, because of its location and beauty, it is really worthed.

Ghe room was nice and clean. We all took a shower and she shower leaked. Th heater came on at night but when it turns off you hear a LOUD clunk sound. There are multiple places where the wood is rotting on the awnings and places around the property. One of the walls we saw on our walk has a giant crack and the dirt from underneath is almost completely missing. Not sure how much longer that will stay as it is. The food in the restaurant was just okay. We only had breakfast, but it could've been better with a discount for customers who are staying at the hotel. But not :( The bed was comfy - the sheets were clean. I'd give it a 3/5

It’s obvious that quite a bit has been put into renovation of the rooms, but unfortunately that’s where the good stops. The rooms are noisy; you hear every car on the interstate. (It sounds like the windows are open even when they’re closed!) The attention to detail is not present; an alarm was left on for 6am. (Not what anyone needs on a Sunday morning!) The carpet was stained. (Yuuuck) Giant weeds are growing next to the rooms. It’s just not at all worth the price you pay (plus the fees they are very eager to charge).
