Excellent, friendly and accommodating staff were a highlight. Pull out sofa bed was not comfortable but didn't really expect it to be, we had another guest join for only a few nights. King bed in separate room was great, but note that the door to the room is a barn door so it lets in sound and light (if you are counting on a kid/baby to go to bed before you). Pack and play wasn't great but did the job. Kitchenette and full size fridge were everything we needed. We were able to get early check in and late checkout and really enjoyed all of the pools with our toddler. Parking costs a significant amount per day so account for that in comparing prices - overall we still found this stay to be a great value for our family!!

Room was in pretty good condition. Could use the crevice tool around the edges of the carpet, and some grout cleaning in the shower. Was told it had golf course & mountain view, and it did. But also a very busy, high-speed road that was loud. 2nd day, no cold water, took a boiling hot shower after a swim. Ouch. It was repaired the next day. Very poor lighting in the bathroom, and suspect the mirror was supposed to be lighted, but not working as there was a light switch that controlled nothing. Disappointed in restaurant options. No sit-down breakfast. Really only one on-site option to sit down for dinner. The food was delicious though. Tried Bunkers for a to-go breakfast, neither item ordered was right, and for 3 days, the pool bar for our unit wasn’t even open. $30 a day to park and no housekeeping service without an extra fee??? Our trash & recycling was overflowing. Appreciated the room having a separate sleeping area, and a full-sized fridge with ice maker. Conveniently located for all our activities.

The property is clean and safe and family friendly. The restrooms near the pool are clean with lots of lounge chairs. The bed was nice- high quality and comfortable. The king room was small with a decent microwave. The checkout is 10am( they text to remind you)which is early for a resort. Also the hotels.com fee was not the final amount . Marriott now adds a $30 parking fee for a one night stay and,of course, you have to park on the sprawling property. I found that $30 fee ridiculous.

Our room was very strange set-up. Odd shaped room. Partial kitchen, small sofa, did not ask for assessibility room so everything was heightimited, small bathtub for showering, no hand soap at the bathroom sink, toilet did not flush properly and small black bugs in the room. Maintenance did come in to repair toilet. Parking was an issue as well. We checkout a day early although we paid for the entire stay.

The room was nice. After walking around on the brown tile floor, my feet were black! They obviously don't wash the floors on a regular basis. The room was quiet & spacious. They did not provide us housekeeping. That was disappointing! Overall, the resort & grounds were beautiful. Close to our event as well. Nice place! Guseppi's restaurant was nice too! Our check in was late, so we hung out at the bar.

Wonderful Place to stay. From the moment you enter the Office, the staff is very welcoming. We got to know several of the employees and just hated to say goodbye. Our room was exceptionally clean and very nice.
