2. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 10 adults.
3. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
4. Air Conditioning available in upstairs primary bedroom only.
5. There are homes under construction next door. Some noise and nuisance can be expected (Fall 2024). Please inquire for details.
