The Dolomite Getaway is a 2 bedroom/2-bathroom Truckee home located close to multiple ski resorts, many restaurants, winter, and summer recreation. This property is tucked away in the Boulders community equipped with a recreation center, a full-size pool (Summer only), hot tub, gym, bocce court, volleyball court, and horseshoe pits.

As you enter from the front door you will notice a beautiful open floor plan combining the kitchen, living room, and dining room together. The kitchen has modern and tasteful granite countertops and new appliances. Close by is the dining room table that seats eight. The living room includes a big comfy couch and electric fireplace to maintain the mood, and plenty of games to keep you entertained after a long Tahoe day! The balcony off the living room has a grill, patio furniture and propane fire pit along with beautiful views.

The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a private full bathroom. The second has a queen bed and the den/office also has a queen bed and a desk space to work from. This condo is on the third floor, so will require going up three short sets of stairs to get to the front door. Once inside, everything is on one floor.
