Very nice place. We now stayed there twice while visiting Joshua Tree National Park. Great clean rooms. Breakfast is awesome, a lot of options. Very friendly staff. I would go there again and will recommend it to anyone.

Check-in was a little on the cold side. Food was good the first day. Second day the food trays were empty at 8:30 AM an hour before closing time. The lady was kind and said "I am here by myself Biscuits won't be out for a while". Otherwise everrything was fine.

The only ice machine that was working was on the ground floor. Our room was on the third floor. The pool was a bit too warm to be refreshing. Otherwise, we fully enjoyed our stay.

I was very disappointed to be charged an extra $25 upon check in. Had I not been looking at the paperwork they had me sign, II would not have noticed the extra charge for no reason. After a long process, I did get them to confirm my charge from Hotel.com. Unfortunately, my bank account shows an extra $65 ! I had not guests, no parking, no minibar. Also, this shows the wrong date. I was there Nov 8-9
