The room was not clean and seemed neglected. The curtains were hard to open with some broken hooks. The room had 3 types of flooring and the carpet was dirty, some cracked title in the bathroom and the glass divider between the toilet and the shower was dirty. For the price that we paid for the room, we expected a resort like room with lush, fresh and modern rooms.

A lady at the front desk called us and said she would give the key of other room and told me to call her back when we were ready to move. The property was very well kept, clean, and beautiful with all the water features birds and fish. Food and drinks were pricey as expected, but did not disappoint. We will be coming back

The price of the room was way over priced the food and beverage cost was beyond stupid 30 dollars for a single shot of basic tequila and rooms were not updated but otherwise property was in decent shape but dated and beds were okay but def did not meet the 600 per night cost in any way shape or form.

Hotel was overall okay. Rooms were clean, which is most important. The grounds, landscaping, and main common spaces are tired and need an uplift. Food at the Japanese place was amazing, but the restaurant needed an overhaul.

Overall, the facility is good. However, the shower door cannot be fully closed, which causes water to leak onto the tile floor. The floor becomes extremely slippery when wet, and we almost slipped and fell. This happened twice.

Usually when I check into a JW property you know you will be taken care of. This property didn’t feel like a JW Marriott. Our room was never serviced and most days we were out and about by 10am at the latest. Room service trays littered the hallways. We ordered lunch at the pool and our waitress never came back after bringing it. After 45 min she finally came back and then saw I was getting my stuff together and said to me in an accusatory manner “you need to sign your bill” Like I had not been waiting and waiting for her to return. I feel they are desperately understaffed and we should of been charged 1/2 of what we were billed.
