I noticed an unpleasant odor on my bed sheets, reminiscent of sweat. Despite my attempt to address this issue by opening the bed, the sheets appeared to have a yellowish hue. In response, I decided to use my own towels to cover the pillows and sheets. Reflecting on this incident, I find it quite distasteful. Although I was initially pleased to be staying at that resort, I have no desire to return after such an experience.

This hotel is horrible i got hurt on there property because they are neglegent to safety and all they told me was get will soon. Paid 1000.00 for 2 nights was such a waste. Stay away.

We loved the JW Marriott! It is absolutely beautiful and we are definitely coming back. The dining options were great, the facilities are very clean and stunning. You never even have to leave the resort. 10/10 Recommend.

They’ve gave us a room in the Spring Tower which was another building even though I requested for at least a nice room for us to feel it was special. I chose this hotel to celebrate our 32nd anniversary but unfortunately I’m not satisfied with the room that they gave us. You need to walk because it was in another building. I will not recommend this hotel.

I had the best 4 days there. Such a beautiful resort with many different activities to do there on the property. Many different areas to cool off with an amazing view. Can’t wait to go back soon.
