Todo me encanto, primera vez que visito Ukiah y me encanto el hotel, muy limpio el personal super amable y gentil. Espacio para paquearse, todo quedaba cerca, pedi salir una hora mas tarde para entregar el cuarto por que maneje mucho y estaba cansada, y el personal miy amablemente respondio claro por supuesto. Lo unico que pienso que nesesitan mejorar es el area del.desayuno nesecita actualisarse en todo los aspectos para una mejor servicio al cliente.

The only thing I did not like a why I rated the staff and overall rating low was because they don't say anything when your booking that there is a 200$ deposit and the staff at the front desk said it would come right back into my account when I check out with is a lie it's been 3 days and it still hasn't gone back in my bank account

Check in was delayed by internet issues, fine, I went to get dinner. When I got back I was checked in with the promise of a late check out. But they gave me a key and room number of an already occupied room. Luckily I did not try to enter that room before the front desk clerk located me and gave me the new key and gave me the correct room number. When I entered the room it was oddly furnished and STANK of bleach and other cleaning supplies. There is obviously room for a couch or something similar, and there are lights suggesting there should be a table or something in the corner but it was just empty. This is a pet friendly hotel, but there is no where for your dog to do their business, no bags provided for clean up, and the pet fee is not mentioned where I booked this room. It was right on the highway and close to gas stations, a grocery store, etc, but I would not stay here again.
