We had the pleasure of spending 7 nights at Palace Downtown, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel combines beauty, comfort, and an exceptional location in the heart of Dubai. With direct access to Dubai Mall and a variety of excellent restaurants nearby, it could not have been more convenient. The pool area is absolutely stunning, and with the magnificent Burj Khalifa view, the atmosphere felt almost like staying in a fairytale castle. We celebrated our honeymoon here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. Our room was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, a delicious cake, and seasonal fruits, creating such a warm and thoughtful welcome. Palace Downtown exceeded all of our expectations, and we look forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and truly special stay in Dubai.

Great hotel/staff and location, strange when you book for 3 persons, you get a roll away bed and also the big fountain isn’t working, that was one of the reasons to book this specific hotel, but never mentioned by the booking, you only see nice pictures of it.

We loved everything about our stay, from the beautiful scent the moment you walk in, to the impeccable service. The staff are extremely professional, from the valet to the reception, beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the food (breakfast and dinner) at their terrace too, despite the heat. The pool is amazing, super clean and quiet. The drinks were served to perfection.
