Needs better diagrams for the TVs to turn them on

The guy that was there in the morning was excellent. He helped me get my stuff out when I was hurting really bad. My knees are going but the lady from the night before was not the nicest person I’ve ever met. I asked her to show me how to use the TV and she was kind of irritated that I even had to ask her that Her TVs need to have better diagrams OK

Shower was dirty moldy caulking! Couch healthy curtains had food on them! Floor by fridge nasty sludge! Requested housekeeping when checked in and did not receive housekeeping until the day before I check out

Mix up with booking location and had to go pay again at the holiday inn at the other end of the outlet mall where we were intending to book that we have stayed prior with the indoor pool . The employees were not helpful at all with the mixup ! Want a refund since we did not check in and your page had the mix up Of images and locations . Very confusing when they are right next to one another .

Place needs upgrade.

Bathroom was pretty torn up, tile grout in shower dirty. Room was cold, heater didn’t warm the space. Breakfast was disappointing, much less variety than say in Eugene,OR. Coffee was awful! Muffins not good, English muffin hard & stale!
